what's the difference between the key renew adapter and eeprom adapter obdstar?

Key renew adapter: make an used key to be a new one.

I Have x300 DP full package with key renew. Yes it works well if your the soldering make your own test equipment type. I have used it for dodge RHK reflashing and Nissan Prox keys so far.

Does it support Toyota Lexus smart key unlock??

Hi, not possible due to the absence of any RFID antenna in this new hardware, as we all know Toyota remote unlocking is done wirelessly.
