Launch Creader 4001 Code Reader Review
Would like to share my experience with this Launch Creader 4001 OBD II Scanner under $39.99 USD delivered.
My experience, you can get your money worth the very first time you use it.
Many features not expected for an Entry Level scanner, including a color display.
So far factory claims are correct, only had this scanner for about a week or so.
Some OBD II codes are factory specific, so this device give you the option to choose the vehicle manufacturer you are working on.
Very easy to clear DTC's (Diagnostic Trouble Codes).
Note: Permanent DTC's may not be cleared using this scanner (or any other scanner). Permanent DTC's will clear themselves once the problem that triggered that code was fixed.
It gives live real time data stream which I wasn't expecting it.
