Q:what is the difference between the launch Pro3s+ and the launch Pro5?
Answer:
A:X-431 Pro5 has only the big smartlink, and also comes with non obd2 adapters.
Pro5 has different diagnostic box compare to Pro3s, which allows you for online programming but only for Benz and BMW, and online coding for VW, Audi, BMW, Porsche. Online Calibration; Online Code Search.
The smartlink works also as J2534 pass-thru device which you can use with your laptop and OEM software for Toyota, Honda, MB, BMW, Jaguar, VAG Group, Volvo, Land Rover.
Pro5 has also more service functions.
