I recently had a customer come in with a 2012 Ford Fusion that was having trouble starting. After using the scanner tool to diagnose the problem, I discovered that the immobilizer system was malfunctioning, and after fixing it, the car returned to normal. lt's really a time saver.
The diagnostic tool has been incredibly useful for customers who have lost their keys or need spares. Highly recommend!
