I got it several days ago, did the updates, updated the VCI, hooked up to a 2000 Ford F-150, worked perfectly, was able to do almost all service functions. Hooked to 2nd car (2003 Volvo V70 base model non turbo) and read vin, can do all module diagnostics quickly. Fast running and easy to navigate, this scanner saves me energy and time. Customer care is helpful to make instant replies and calls and they claim that 2 year's software and vehicle updates are offered as long as I purchase before 3/31/2023. I would recommend this tool as everything is just as advertised.
