Yes. Yanhua CKM100 has developed BGA key programming function (W204 model is included) in September, 2016. But you need to buy extra Mercedes-Benz BGA adapter to work with CKM100.

Question: Your product can program a PCF7936 key to "5 Series White
Shell 9S12DG256 CAS2" or "5 Series 9S12XDP512 CAS3" with the "CAN
adapter (K & CAN cable)" as shown in the video

On the video he disassembled the case. non desoldering the chip!
I want to program key without desoldering the chip in "CAS" As shown
in the video. thank you in advance for your answer very important for
