I need value for money, which machine is better SKP-900 and OBD star X300 ?, including shipping to RSA. I have been buying from Autosky and Auto2tech, now I need to give you a chance provided you are reliable and cheap.

SKP900 is only a key programmer, for key programming.
But ,OBDSTAR X300 PRO3 is a key programmer, supports key programming, and other special function:Immobiliser + Odometer Adjustment +EEPROM/PIC+OBDII.
We can send to Saudi Arabic by Aramex, 7-10 working days.
DHL can't reach KSA,please kindly note.
