Q: What is the difference between SH27 & SH27-B?
A: They are the same except their apperance of the package.
 
Q: Can I update your Xtruck USB Link by myself?
A: No, do not update Xtruck USB Link, or it will not work.
 
Q: I followed the instructions step by step to install the drivers. I didn't have internet connection and I never tried to update the USB-Link. The "POWER" light" got on and the "DATA" & "FAULT" lights go on and off, on and off. And the device manager show and hide the USB-link drive.
A: This is because you install the original new driver and the Xtruck is broken, you need to return back to us for repair. (Note: please do not install the original software with our hardware.)

Q: Xtruck USB Link + Software need password?

Q: I bought one Xtruck USB-link, after the driver setup finish; I plug Xtruck into the computer and all the indicator lights flash, this is not should be like this, what it means? What should I do? Does Xtruck have any problem? (By the way, I followed the setup instruction in the video)
A: Try to install successfully the software driver and then connect with the car to test the vehicles. Any more questions, please keep contact.

Q: When the ECU starts, it shows an error message "Received Error Code: 275"

A: The driver isn't installed successfully, and the software can't recognize the hardware.
 
Q: When connect the Xtruck, The power light, data light and Fault light keep flash fast, what's happened?
A: You try to update Xtruck, right? You have to return back us for repair.
 
Q:Does Xtruck contain ISUZU IDSS software? IDSS software fail to loading and display CRC error: "the file C:\Program Files\IDSS\images\2007icvch \processed\fullsize\fullb606.rra doesn't match the file in the setup's cab file."
A: Please check the setup instruction and step-by-step install the software, and at the same time make sure your computer system support Isuzu IDSS software.

1. Be sure to disable/uninstall anti-virus software 
Please note,anti-virus software can flag up this item software as having a virus. This is a false positive and is due to the software containing the application file. So Before setup the device software, please disable/uninstall anti-virus software or install a more reliable free virus scanner! Our this item software is completely safe and virus free and all other virus scanners confirm this.

If the software data is destroyed or lost because you forget to disable/uninstall anti-virus software, please contact our customer service, we arrange to resend you CD or send you the software via internet.

2. Required windows operation system is windows XP 
Be sure to setup and run the device software under windows XP. Otherwise the device software and program can be broken or it will fail to work.
