The Magic Motorsport Flex is a powerful ECU and TCU chip tuning tool. To use it, you must first activate and register the device. This guide walks you through the process step by step.

 

Step 1: Create an Account on Magic Motorsport’s Help Desk

Go to magicmotorsport.com.

Go to MMS HelpDesk Customer Area.

Click "Sign Up" to create a new account.

Fill in your details:

• Username (a nickname is acceptable)
• Email (must be valid for activation)
• Password (keep it secure)
• Business details (if applicable)
• Country & Tax ID (required for European users)

Do not sign in immediately—first, check your email to confirm your account.

If you sign in before confirming, your account may be blocked, requiring support assistance.

 

Step 2: Activate Your Flex Tool

After confirming your email, log in to your account.

Go to "Product Activation".

Enter the product serial number (found on the back of the device or its packaging).

Be careful! Entering the wrong serial number three times will block your account.

Once entered correctly, your device will be successfully activated.

(Example product codes: FLX1.1 for the FlexBox, FLX1.9 for the Flex tool.)

Step 3: Register the Software License

Obtain the license key from your distributor (contact us for license key).

Enter the license key in the activation section.

Double-check the code before submission to avoid errors.

Step 4: Download and Install the Software

1. Go to "Account > Tools > FlexBox Upgrade".

2. Click "Update" to download the latest software.

3. Run the installation file (e.g., Flex Version 6000).

4. Follow the setup instructions and allow firewall access if prompted.

Step 5: Connect and Verify the Flex Tool

1. Plug the Flex device into your computer via USB.

2. Launch the Flex software.

3. Check if the device is detected (firmware version should appear).

4. You can now start using the tool for ECU programming.
