Ktag ksuite 6.070 read and write Audi A6 ME7.5

Found some had trouble in reading ME7 by his ECU device. Here is my experience of reading ME7.5 with my ECU tool KTAG master. Hope it would helps.

i just tried to read ME7.5 with K-tag, everything good !

ME7 boot pin

ME7 pin out

Pin 3,62 – red – +12V

Pin 2 – black – ground

Pin 43 – yellow – K-Line

Soldered wire – gray with alligator clip – BOOT

And i found there is problem with Ktag 6.070 while selecting cars family:

If i try to read with cars family, it won’t read;

But, if i select Protocol and get the correct family. it read perfectly well!
