Here is a guide to read PIN code and program Audi A3/A4/A6 C5 IMMO2 IMMO3 Kline all keys lost using Xhorse VVDI2 and Godiag GT114 Audi K-line test platform.

Procedure:

Connect Godiag GT114 with VVDI2 and cluster

Run vvdi2 software. Select Audi function.

Connect to Instrument module and read DTCs.

Select Special Function->K-line instrument/immobox

Read EEPROM.

It will extract PIN code. The PIN is required to learn key later.

Save eeprom data.

Insert a Megamos 48 chip into vvdi2 key programmer. Don’t use xhorse super chip.

Select Transponder Programmer function. Detect transponder information.

Go to Immo Data Tool. Select Euro- Audi-A6- VDO, load EEPROM dump.

Then select a key position and make dealer key.

Prepare dealer key successfully.

Save new key data.

Back to Audi software,  go to Special Function->K-line instrument/immobox

Load new key data file.

Then write EEPROM back to cluster.

Last step is to learn key. Put the transponder chip into the induction area of Godiag GT114 Audi test platform.

Go to Key Learn-Key Learn function

Input key number and PIN code (got in step 1) and press Learn.

Switch ignition OFF for 5 seconds, then switch ignition ON. Press OK.

Switch off ignition. Insert each key to ignition and switch on at least 2 seconds.

Follow ignition ON/OFF strictly otherwise may fail to learn key.

Learn key successfully.

Test the new key. The light of the key identifier flashes and then goes out, indicating that the IMMO chip and the chip key are working properly.

Put cluster back to vehicle and start car with the new key.

Done.
