VW Passat 2004 KM change with Digiprog3 DigiprogⅢ odometer correction tool

VW Passat B5 2004

Equipment:
DigiProg 3 V4.94 Digiprog Ⅲ odometer correction tool (lowest price version)

Target:
Second hand VW Passat with wrong KM (81KM), change the odometer to the actual value 1500KM

1. Dismantle the dashboard (You can hook it up directly to vehicle OBD port as well). The dashboard light is flashing

2. Setup Digiprog 3 OBD odometer correction tool. Connect DIGIPROG3 v4.94 main unit to the vehicle OBD diagnostic socket under dashboard.

3. Power on the device and the system will display software information

4. Password is required to enter the system. The default password is “1”

5. Come to the MAIN MENU, select odometer correction based on vehicle type CAR/TRUCK

6. Select vehicle make: VW>>vehicle model PASSA>>PASSAT/B5/B5GP>>vehicle year 2004

7. Manually enter correct KM in the space below KM (NEW)

8. Then the dashboard light will illuminate and the DIGIPROG Ⅲ km tool screen will prompt you to check the written value

After complete change the odometer to correct current value, exit the program.
