Don't worry about it, there are three reasons for it:
Firstly, because the shipping company have not update the information on the internet and please wait patiently for about 1-2 days;
Secondly, because it has been a long time since your package was shipped out and the ship company deleted the tracking history;
Thirdly, maybe the tracking number is wrong and pls contact our customer service to get the right one.
