How to Update SKP1000 Auto Key Programmer Software?
Take off the TF card from SKP1000 main unitInsert it into the SD card reader
Then plug into the computer via USB port
Replace file with newest V8.18 software.
Software update success.
Insert the TF card back to SKP1000.
How to Update SKP1000 Car Key Programmer Firmware?
Before update firmware of SKP1000, please take out the TF card and insert it into the card reader, then plug into the computer USB port. Double click “My Computer”, find out ” local Disk (H:), right click to choose “Format”.Tip: Tick on the “Quick format” and click “Start.
After complete format, go to the official site to download the update file, then copy and paste the file into the TF card, after finish, plug the TF card into the machine, power on the machine to the main interface.
Click on “Firmware update”.
Firstly choose “System firmware update”, press “Yes”, the procedure shown as below
Update successfully shown as below.
Press “No” to back
Choose ” Adapter firmware update”, after finish, reboot the machine to go on use SKP-1000 tablet auto key programmer.
Done.
How to Change SKP1000 Car Key Programmer Language?
- Provide you serial number to our customer service. The factory will send you language pack “AdapterFile.bin” the next day
Note: How to check SKP1000 serial number?
Come to Special Function menu, select last option Adapter System, you’ll see device S/N
2. Copy “AdapterFile.bin” to SD card dl_file folder
3. Insert SD card into SKP1000 car key programmer tablet main unit
4. Come to Update Firmware-> Adapter Firmware to update the device (upgrade takes 10-20 minutes)
5. Upgrade success. SKP1000 auto key programmer software has been changed.

A: Chinese version does transponder key chip clone menu, the English version is unavailable (under development).

A: SKP1000 is able to program older F150 keys, but not 2015 year.
Q: Can SKP1000 program Toyota landruiser 200 series 2015 when all keys have lost?
A: Sorry, can not do this model all keys lost.
Q: Will SKP1000 change BMW 2010 Series 1,3, x1,x3,x5,x6 and Mercedes 2010 up odometer correction?
A: Mercedes brand does not listed on SKP1000 odometer correction menu. BMW does, but covers some CAS models only.
