TOPDON Rlink X7 J2534 for GM Supports CAN FD DoIP Protocol
The OEM diagnostic interface of RLink X7 supports CAN FD for GM Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, and Cadillac. It is compatible with the OEM software of GDS, Tech2win, DPS and SPS.
The intelligent vehicle diagnostic interface of RLink X7 for GM represents the next generation of diagnostic technology. There are two driver modes for GM.
To use RLink device for diagnostics, select
Rlink mode.
To use the OEM VCI device for diagnostics, select
MDI2 mode (restore the original driver mode).

GM OEM Software with RLink X7 Connection Instructions.
First of all, follow
the instructions to install and activate Rlink X7 J2534.
Then Log in to the RLink Platform software.

Click Drivers > Driver Download. (To avoid driver incompatibility, do not download drivers that are not related to the OEM software.)

Install GM driver

There are two driver modes for GM.
To use RLink device for diagnostics, select RLink mode.
To use the original VCI device for diagnostics, select M-D-I-2 mode (restore the original driver mode).
Here we select Rlink mode.

Double click the icon to open the GDS2.

Choose RLink driver mode following the order below
