This is a guide on how to use Yanhua Mini ACDP Module 20 to program key adding & all keys lost for Volvo 2018-2020 step by step.

Procedure

1. Remove the CEM module from under the main driver, steering wheel and dissemble the CEM;
2. Prepare the components required for operation:

- Install copper pillar;
- Install interface board;
- Check test points D1 and D2, and install copper pillar to secure the interface board.

3. Connect ACDP host and OBP+ICP adapter, connect the interface board to the adapter with 20pin cable.

Open Mini ACDP app, click
Volvo >> IMMO >> Select the vehicle model >> Read CEM data by ICP >> Select the  CEM chip model






Follow the help prompts to properly connect the adapter, interface board, and CEM module, click “OK”.

Check the pin test result.
If it fails, clean up the test points and reinstall the interface board.

Please backup the CEM data, click “OK”.
It’ll show full CEM data save path.

Please save the CEM password data, click “OK”.
It’ll show CEM PSW data save path.

Please load the CEM module and connect the ACDP to the vehicle OBD.
Go to click “Add key/all key lost”.

Please make sure the CEM module has installed.
Connect the ACDP to vehicle OBDII port and press the engine start button.
Turn on the ignition.

Check the vehicle information, click “OK”.



Please select CEM password data.
OK >> Select CEM PSW data

Please put the smart key you need to match in the key recognition area of the cup holder or the hand-held box.

Check if the number of keys were increased.
If need to continue add key, click “Yes”.
If not, click “No”.

Add key complete! Click ”OK”.
It’ll show the file backup path.
