1. What is the promotion event?
It is an event that can offer user discounts when software subscription is renewed for some devices.
2. When will the promotion event be launched?
This event will be launched from
26-Jun-2023 to 07-Jul-2023 (UTC time）.
Note: there will be relevant pop-up advertisement or banner on device or Autel official website etc. from 12-Jun-2023 to 25-Jun-2023 to remind customer of this even (Pictures on the right are for your reference).
3. Is this an online event? How can the users participate from local distributor/dealer?
This is an online coupon event, which means it is available for renewing subscription on tablet device or Autel official website (
https://www.autel.com ) on PC, but offline purchase (renewing subscription by other methods) can also enjoy a 20% off during the event period. For detailed offline discounts, please consult the local dealers.
4. What devices are available for the promotion event?
All devices that are with renewable software subscription except IM1.
Note:
①The promotion event will not be able for device that is purchased from local distributor in Europe or Chinese Mainland.
②Please contact the Autel tech support if coupons cannot be applied for certain newly released product.
5. Which regions are supported in this event?
All regions except for Japan, Europe and Chinese mainland.
6. How to participate in the promotion event.
User can participate in the event on a tablet device or a pc according to the following instruction:
6.1 On tablet device
①Tap Update icon on Job menu, then tap Renew button (OR tap pop-up advertisement or banner on Update menu, then tap Apply Now), then system will automatically apply coupon if current device is available for this promotion.
②Select Payment methods and finish the payment.

7. Are the coupons issued randomly?
-The coupons are issued depending on the number of devices that are registered under the same Autel ID and the corresponding annual subscription renewal price. Coupon issuance rule is: A set of coupons with different values will be issued in correspondence with the annual renewal price of each device owned by the user. The lowest coupon value corresponds to the annual renewal price of the cheapest device owned by the user. The highest coupon value corresponds to the total price added up by the annual renewal price of all devices owned by the user.
8. How many coupons can be applied in one order?
Only one coupon can be applied in a single order and the system will automatically match the maximum preferential coupon for the order.
9. Can users renew for more than one year?
Yes. The coupon can be applied as long as the order amount is within the available range.
10. Why user get different discount for renewal/subscription?
The coupons are issued according to the number of devices owned by the user and the corresponding annual subscription renewal price, and the discount can be up to 40% off.
11. How can the user get the maximum discount if the user own more than one same devices?
It is recommended to renew the devices together if the user own more than one same devices to get the maximum discount.
12. Can the coupon be reissued if the user accidentally failed to apply the maximum preferential coupon?
In such case, please contact Autel tech support and advise the coupon value, the number of coupons and Autel ID, then Autel tech support can manually reissue the coupons after check.
13. Can the coupon still be used after the promotion event?
No, the coupon can only be used during the promotion event.
