1. Please remove the SD card from the TS501/TS601 device.
2. Insert the SD card into an SD card reader on a computer.
3. Insert the SD card back into the Device for a second check.
4. Right-click the SD card directory and select "format."
5. Relaunch Maxi PC Suite to update the SD card.
Note: It is strongly advised to update the Tool through an SD card reader, but not with a USB cable, as something unexpected may occur with USB cable updates.
