Cancellation within 24 hours
We accept order cancellations and refunds if requested within 24 hours after placement. A 3.5% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Normally, orders will be shipped out within 24 hours. To apply for cancellation and refund, please submit a cancellation request via the Order Center or send an email to: sales@obdii365.com

If your order has not been shipped, a refund will be approved.
If the parcel is still within China (including Hong Kong) and not yet dispatched overseas, cancellation is still allowed, but a cancellation +shipping hanlding fee will apply. Please contact our customer service for specific fee details.
If the parcel has left China and cannot be recalled, direct cancellation is unavailable. Should you still wish to return the goods, please send the package back upon receipt, and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
