Answer:
A:They are different tools. Depends on what you want to do, fc200 is ECU and TCU, MultiProg is like the vvdiprog ever plus some ECUs and TCUs. You have to have both, MultiProg has some ECUs that fc200 doesn't. If you need to take maps or clone ECUs fc200 is what you need.
