I have one, the Piaggio group version (Vespa, Piaggio, aprillia, etc) and can say that works very good. Inclusive yesterday I have the opportunity to compare with the Texa (Texa cost 3 times more) and have more functionality. In example the Texa can't calibrate the reverse solenoid for the >2019 MP3 500 but the IScan can.
Mine MP3 is Aprilia type connector, OBD, not OBD2 (this is what I think you ask saying pre-OBD or OBD). But the iScan comes with both connectors if you need them.
