I used a ThinkDiag 2 over the weekend and pulled that report for my 2016 Prosche 981. I was able to save it as a PDF directly through the TD app and copy it over from the phone to my computer with no issues.
It offers good value for money.  give it 4 stars 

This works as advertised , happy with the results . It not a full scan tool ,but it doesn't claim to be . It has performed nicely and for the price can't go wrong , need a good phone or tablet with internet to run it . Do your home work first .

I tried it on German, American, Korean, japanese cars even Chinese cars. Works perfect

Viene sencillamente con un cable obd2 suficiente para cualquier auto del 95-23, las funciones internas son demasiadas, no solo es línea de datos y lectura de códigos, si no que tiene funciones de un escáner incluso de alta gama, como acción de componentes entre otros, está genial no puedo pedir más por lo que pagué, y creo que el único punto en contra sería el tener que renovar licencia al año aunque vale completamente la pena hacerlo, otra cosa sería se ocupa wifi para iniciar un diagnóstico aunque hoy en día eso no es un gran problema. Le doy 5 de 5 estrellas.

Does as expected and I had high hopes for it. Bidirectional makes a great difference for what I needed and provides more information than my other $400 reader

This is a lot better then the TopDon TopScan as well it does more special functions such as Transmission learning and has a ton of active tests / bi directional controls.   For the price this thing is absolutely amazing I have tried on it couple of weeks so far and the active tests all work for it. The graphing is also ahead of Topscan and allows you to change and look at graphs and 4-1 with recorded data and the TopScan won't allow you to do that and just plays a movie file back of the recording which is very limited. I would recommend this over TopScan because you get some much more functionality and the graphing is awesome. Plus it can do ECM Replace for Honda / Subaru and TopScan Doesn't do that and transmission relearn and keys.

Scanner works really good you do have to download an app to receive the data from obd2 when plugged into car. Really easy to use and navigate the app. Love that it’s small and can keep in your car at all times.

What you pay compared to what you get is a great deal! Personally, I think the updates are also a great deal as seen below. Since I bought the Thinkdiag2 I have been using it more than the two scan tools I mentioned. It's more convenient to use by holding my phone in one hand than holding a big tablet. Yes, the Thinkdiag2 has a few issues that need to be resolved, but so do the Launch and Autel scan tools. They don't do everything and that's the reason why professional automotive technicians have more than one scan tool. So far the only problems I had with the Thinkdiag2 it did not work well with a 2002 Ford Thunderbird, it did not communicate well with it and on the Fords Power Balance test it will stop working after about 5 seconds on CANBus systems, you have to exit the program and start over. Non-CANBus system's Power Balance works fine.I use the APP on a cheap Samsung AO1 TracFone, the only issue I have is a lack of space, the APP and ThinkDiag2 work well with it. The APP may not work with a tablet, it's not made to, which is stated in the description of the product. The product is well made and comes with a nice sturdy case. The cable and scanner are separate, that way if the cable gets damaged you can replace the cable and not the scanner.

Great tool for the price! Being mobile it’s a great first grab for pre and post inspection reports, quick code reads and maintenance resets. The bi-directional controls allow you to initialize components to see if the module is actually able to activate it. Read and graph data. Can’t beat the power of this tool for the price.

Love this scanner I use a tablet for it .. I am a daily diagnostic tech and have multiple scanners but this is my go to . First one to use and rarely do i need to use any other tool .. it does it all from code reading to bi directional controls .. also does reports for post scanning .. for the money this scanner is worth it but it’s not just the price tag it’s actually a great scanner .. it has a lot of makes but I am in the USA and it works great for the makes here too

I purchased this item to erase the check engine light off my nissan xtrail after a part replacement. Worked like a charm however this diagnostic tool has capabilities far beyond just the simple read/reset fault codes.Database has to be updated before use. It allows you to select and download from the wide variety of car brands available.Registration and signing into the app was simple.Navigating the app to locate the specific functions was difficult initially but once you play around with it, you'll be fine. Some instructions would assist greatly.

I’m very impressed with what this little scanner can do. It has full bi-directional control and I was able to use it on a 2019 Kicks to do things like actuate the wipers. I’ve easily been able to use this for diagnostics in place of my S10 this past week as I’ve been wanting to see what it could do. This tool includes the first year of subscriptions and I believe the subs are $100 a year after the first year. That’s dirt cheap in the bi-directional scan tool world. This is also AUTOAUTH compatible for newer Chryslers. Fantastic tool and highly recommended for the DIY, backyard mechanic and professionals alike. I haven’t tried this with an Android device but it works great on my 5th iPad and iPhone 12 mini.

This diag scanner comes in a very nice case and will be super portable. It connects to your phone via Bluetooth and connected seamlessly. The app is pretty easy to navigate and has tons of data stream to view. I also like that the data that is out of spec is highlighted in red. Seems to perform very well. Does just as good as my more expensive scanners in a much more compact form.

First I must say it performs as well as my matco and snap on, and cost way less. Love the compact size making it easy to go anywhere. Easy download and connect fast every time. Since I bought the think 2. I haven't touch the other scanners at all. Great tool awesome purchase. Will recommend this to any shop or diy.

I've been impressed with the obd2 bluetooth Thinkdiag2 . It works thru app on phone. Does everything an autel maxisye elite can do but cost 3000 dollars. Reads / clears codes , coding which is the part that sold me on it. The coding on w220s is basically multiple choice info , different from scn coding. No connection to mercedes mothership is needed. I successfully coded out the secondary air injection, rear o2sensors when I installed long tube headers and cat delete. Changed speed limiter from 250kph to 300kph. Coded out pass seat child mat srs issue. Throttle body relearn ,abc calibration. Actually haven't run across anything yet that only star can do, except firmware update on my central gateway which is supposed to remedy a weird 930 code that won't clear and dosent relate to anything. I also have the autel ap200 and it is very limited in funtions compared to the thinkdiag. The autel won't do coding or special funtions , it will read and clear codes in all mercedes systems but that's it.

The ThinkDiag2, this diagnostic scan tool surprised me when I tested it. The features you get for the price are really good when you compare it with other tools.

Thinkdiag2 worked great on my Honda Accords, for programming KEYS/IMMO, troubleshooting Idle controller valve via bidirectional control, windows regulator. Technically the app isn't available for the Fire Tablet, but I'm a geek and the Fire Toolbox makes it fairly simple to configure a Fire Tablet with the Google Play store. Still need to sideload the ThinkDiag + APK, but works great once installed. For the money the Thinkdiag 2 is worth the money.

I have the ThinkDiag2 All System and it can reset the SRS code on my Sprinter VS30. But I've been having a lot of other troubles with it since the 3.x forced 'upgrade' of the ThinkDiag+ app... timeouts on some modules, and now it thinks I have the gas engine!

I have the ThinkDiag2 All System, bought in Jan 2024. It works on our Sprinter, GLK350, and e46 BMW.

We have 6 device in shop. All new thinkdiag 2. Works great.
