I bought this having been told by Mercedes that they could not activate Apple Carplay / Android Auto on my 21 plate C class. I did contact mBito on their website first to ensure it was compatible / possible for my car, they confirmed it would work so I bought the ite to unlock the required credits and within 10 mins (including running the initial scan) both Android Auto and Apple Carplay both work perfectly. Based on my experience I recommend this product.

Unlocked apple carplay/android auto on my 2015 AMG CLS 350 d shooting brake with comand interface. According to google my head unit doesn’t support it but worked perfectly. well worth the money.
