The SmartLink Remote Diagnostics System is a newly developed powerful service system dedicated to remote vehicle diagnosis and service. In this system, SmartLink B (Business), as a SmartLink Service Provider, can accept remote repair orders issued by SmartLink C users via SmartLink Service Platform.

SRDs is comprised of SmartLink C, SmartLink B and Cloud Platform.
The SmartLink C can be connected to the vehicle, and the SmartLink B can be connected with any diagnostic device.
The remote diagnosis will be carried out on the SmartLink platform.
SmartLink Platform is used to pair the connection between SmartLink C and SmartLink B operated with the internet browser.
SmartLink C user can post the remote diagnosis request on this platform. SmartLink B user can see the requests from their clients and accept the request to do the remote diagnosis.

How to Activate and Use Launch Smartlink C Remote Diagnosis?
Main steps:
Register->Login->Issue remote diagnostic request-> Wait for acceptance from technician
* In order to ensure the connection performance, we recommend 100M network bandwidth with upload/download speed no less than 10mbps.
1) Register on “Launch Super Remote Diagnosis reservation platform” by link “http://smartlink.x431.com/login”
Select User Type: Common User or Service Provider
Complete user information.
Input your email address and click “Get verification code”, platform will send the verification code to your email box. “Product Serial Number” and “Activation code” are pasted as “S/N” and“A/C” on the rear side of Smartlink C device.
After inputting user information, system will ask to bind device VCI.
Input Smartlink C device S/N, activation code to activate device. The product SN and activation code can be found in the password envelope.
Buy Super Remote Diagnosis Activation Card from us. Then enter Voucher Info. (You can see Card number and password on the activation card).
Issue remote diagnostic request. Complete vehicle information, VIN, model, fault description, fault images, email, phone number etc
Select service technician in B mode.
Wait for acceptance from technician.
After you post a request, you have to wait until a professional technician accepts your request.
Your contact information will be forward to them for future communication. And the request status will change to “In Process”:
When you and the technician schedule the remote time, you have to connect Smartlink C to your vehicle and follow his/her instruction, such as ignition on/off, etc.
