MS50 does not work with Harley, Ducati, unless you buy the MOTO special kit together, but it supports certain functions only, please check the description as follows. 
You can buy the MOTO special kit to enable the functions of key programming, ECU programming & clone and odometer correction.

MS50 standard version vs basic version:

1. MS50 standard version supports ECU tuning, while basic version doesn't.

2. MS50 standard version supports more brands of motorcycles than the basic version, please download the supported list for reference.
